I'm a registered architect working in the city since 2011. I work by day for a 'starchitect' office DS+R (dsrny.com) and work for myself helping New Yorkers realize their dreams! I have experience with filing with DOB, getting co-op approval, and landmark approval. I can do a broad spectrum of work; from helping you conceptualize your project, with sketches and renderings, to formalizing a project with drawings, filing, expediting, recommending contractors and overseeing construction.
