Great creativity but also practical. We found a house plan we loved but it was way to big for us. we hired Robert Heffernan to downsize the plan and make it work for what we wanted. He was perfect, with the amount of creativity and practicality we were looking for. He was great to work with, very nice personality and has been there for us through the whole building process. He also answers any questions I still have from time to time about different things. Cant say enough about this company. What a pleasant experience. Now that our children are all about to go off to college we are considering downsizing. I have already told Mr. Heffernan to get ready.
