I live in Chicago and was in need of a local architect for my House that I wanted to build in Ouray Co. Sundra Hines from Hines Design was recommended to me from a local real estate attorney. She was very professional and knowledgeable in her field. Hines Designs not only helped me with my plans but was able to help me with the proper local building contractors. Everyone of her recommendations were used and worked perfectly on my House. Beecher Construction was my framing contractor. Pat Beecher and his employees were what u want to see in a company. The house was completed on time and in budget. So to wrap it up, I strongly recommend Hines Designs for the first stop when planning a Home on the Western Slope of Colorado. She will not disappoint you.

We continue to consult with Sundra Hines on the house, landscaping, interior design ideas -- she's been a fantastic partner to work with, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat, without any hesitation, to anyone who's thinking about doing either a residential or a commercial job, at any scale. We feel extremely lucky to have met her.
