This company insisted on a two year lease, then five months in sent me a letter saying they no longer honor the lease and I either had to sign a new lease with new terms or leave. So I left, no damage and left the house cleaner than I got it, yet they’re refusing to return my security deposit despite them having broken my lease. Don’t do business with this company.
