James McCalligan Architect

Working with Jim was incredible!! He had a plethora of creative ideas which were exactly what my wife and I wanted. He visited the site on several occasions and became inimately aware of our site. He also spent a considerable amount of time helping us develop our program and understanding the possibilities and limitations before presenting his ideas. Jim was very conscious of our budget and helped us navigate the construction process and negotiate a favorable agreement with our contractor. He made the whole process fun and memoriable . If I ever build another house, he is my architect!!!!
