About Us

Building a new home or remodeling your existing home can be a challenging experience. Jennifer Davis, Owner of JD Designs, has over 30 years of experience in the Building Design and Construction Industry. She is a San Jose State University Graduate with a 5 year Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Architecture. Over the years, Jennifer’s projects ranged from commercial interiors, custom residential home design and historical renovation. With this experience, she has developed knowledge and skills that have provided great value and success for her own company.

Jennifer is a member of the Colorado State Society of AIBD (American Institute of Building Design), past President of the California Society of AIBD and sat on the Board of Directors for 12 years. She also sat on an Architectural Control Committee for a local HOA in Colorado.
