KAUTTER & KELLEY ARCHITECTS is committed to delivering attentive and responsive architectural services. Each of our principal architects has over 23 years of professional practice and is represented by a diverse portfolio with extensive experience in design for new construction, renovations and additions, interiors, and coordination of civil, structural, mech/elec, engineering disciplines. Incorporated in 1994, the architectural practice is managed by its principals, Michael J. Kautter, AIA, President, Steven G. Kelley, AIA, Vice President and Amy J. Laughlin, Secretary/Treasurer. Mr. Kautter and Mr. Kelley each have eight years of experience in major urban markets, New York City and Columbus, Ohio, respectively, where complex coordination issues and the demand for a high level of quality control is commonplace. Because of this depth of experience, we are often called upon to provide many different professional architectural services for which we are uniquely qualified.
