Ljuba has done a fabulous job on all the design work for a 850 sq ft attached garage on our property and has also helped immensely in helping us to maneuver through the myriad of regulations with the city. It's always good to know that we're in good hands and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

We did a massive renovation to our bungalow adding a second storey with a complete overhaul to the first floor. Working with Ljuba made the experience so much better! Her prompt responses, timely delivery and willingness to share her thoughts throughout the process was exactly what my husband and I were looking for.
