Martinez Alvarez Urban Design, Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. State of Florida AA 26002213 Certificate of Authorization Martinez Alvarez Urban Design, Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. is led by founders and design partners Ana Alvarez and Frank Martinez. Their office, located in a 1921 wood frame bungalow in Miami, focuses primarily on architectural and urban projects that contribute to the art of making cities. The works range in scale and complexity, from hand-crafted houses to institutional buildings and expansive campuses. Due to the individualized approach to each project, the partners are directly and intently involved in the design, paying close attention to detail to create responsible and thoughtful contributions to the built environment. The Janzon Residence, located in Bay Point, Florida, is a 7,000 square-foot new-construction project completed in 2011 which was awarded the Addison Mizner Medal by the Institute of Classical Architecture for residential projects larger than 5,000 square feet.
