Started in 1994 as Sebastian Design Implementation Inc., a Design- Build Firm in Central Florida, the company expanded to The North East when Mayta + Sebastian Studios emerged in 2009. The Firm has grown from an extensive Architectural and Construction practice to one that now leverages emerging technologies. Still holding true to our roots of high quality Design and Construction, we strive to reach beyond project specific and emergency issues and collect data that will allow us to provide a comprehensive Operation/ Maintenance package for the life of your home or building.
