Yes, We used Michael McLeod for a beautiful beach home that we are building. We liked the plan that was a standard plan and then added some modifications. He accommodated our changes and worked with us on all parts of the design. We liked the plan since it had some unusual design elements and was different than any other one we had seen. He was able to more quickly modify the plan versus other architect which would have cost the same or more to change another plan. We needed to move fast at one point and he made it in time. He was licensed for the beach which our builder needed and the town accepted. He seemed expensive but I think these changes would have cost just as much anywhere. The cost of the original plan was appropriate I thought. Overall, it is working out as expected and will be a dream home for us.
