We are all registered professionals. We design the project, document the work, check each other, and hold ourselves to a high standard of professional practice. While most firms believe in the hierarchy of organization with draftspersons, graduates, interns, project architects and principals, we take a different approach. We are all stakeholders, and we are all seasoned professionals. We take great pride in our work and refuse to pass the execution of that work to another for detailing. What we convey in our construction documents is our intent of design, and we believe that no one can better document this intent than the professional who developed the concept.
