Mod+Socal Architecture specializes in high-end custom homes, single/multi-family dwellings, spec homes, and small-med sized commercial buildings. Our work is focused on SIMPLICITY, FUNCTION, and ECONOMY expressed in a number of key design approaches - efficient use of space, intelligent planning that maximizes function and flexibility, use of basic forms, and emphasis on clean lines, patterns, and arrangement that are coherent and purposeful. We provide architectural and engineering design services that respond to each client’s needs. Owned and operated by a California licensed architect who has 20+ years’ experience in planning and design, construction documentation, bidding, construction administration, and project management. When my wife and I leased our first commercial space to open our hair salon we found Rey to assist us with the architectural plans. Rey was incredible to work with. He was always responsive when we called or emailed, he was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and when he didn’t know the answer, he did the research and got them for us. We faced challenges with our space and getting it permitted but he used his experience and creativity and gave us amazing ideas to get us over those hurdles. While we learned a lot through this process we can’t thank Rey enough for being there with us. If I were to comment on Reys most exceptional quality, for me personally it is that he cares. Our ideas, vision and goal at the end of the day was his biggest concern. After hearing our vision it clearly became just as important to him as it was to us for our dream to become a reality. In working with Rey you will get an exceptional professional that cares about what he does, and who he works with. I can’t thank Rey enough for being there with us through the process.
