I am so happy with Stephanie Osorio and her architecture firm. I am not an experienced home renovator, but I was absolutely able to rely on Stephanie for guidance and direction. She was the perfect fit for me and my Accessory Dwelling Unit project. She listened to my needs and had such creative ideas to make them into reality. She worked directly with the city to answer questions and with my contractor to manage any areas that had potential to be problematic. I was so impressed by her calm demeanor and easy style. She kept me apprised at every step, offered well-thought options, and made this project seamless. Which, by the way, came in under budget and in a timely fashion. What a joy. I have recommended Osorio Architecture to many friends without hesitation.

Stephanie Osorio is a dedicated, talented, and attentive architect. She recently designed our kitchen, dining room and family room remodel. Her design skills are clearly evident and the resulting remodel is all that we desired. Most importantly, she listened to everything we wanted out of the remodel, not just the items on our wish list but the overall feel when entering our home. We had experienced a bad remodel and waited nearly 25 years before attempting this one. We were very discriminating in choosing an architect and Stephanie Osorio was, by far, the very best choice. She guided us through city requirements, our desire to build as "green" as possible and looking towards future needs. Stephanie connected us with resources to help with environmental impact, and attended every meeting. Her knowledge of materials and building requirements was considerable and she kept a close eye on our budget. She was very organized, kept us apprised of timelines and checked in with us regularly. Construction can be overwhelming and she was there to help the entire way from our first design meeting to the last item on our punch list. In addition to all of this, Stephanie is a wonderful, caring and responsive person. It has been a pleasure to work with her and we highly recommend Osorio Architecture.

Where do we begin? Stephanie Osorio went above and beyond during all aspects of our project. We wanted to build an ADU, it was our first project, and we were GREEN. Stephanie was with us from day one, and walked us through every step. She was attentive, beyond knowledgeable, listened to all of our questions and concerns, and offered suggestions but was never pushy. After we obtained permitting from the city, Stephanie was MVP during the building stage. She was the necessary bridge/mediator/therapist during some challenging times between us and the contractor (even though it wasn’t part of her job description), and we can honestly say we’re not sure how the project would have ended up without her expertise and excellent people skills to guide the project through to completion. As a result, the finished product is beautiful, and we would recommend her 100 times over. We really can’t stress enough how valuable she is with her knowledge, work ethic and communication skills, not to mention the fact that she is genuinely a kindhearted and lovely person. She is committed and cares about her work, and it shows. We’d be happy to speak to anybody wanting more information regarding her company, and we’d vouch for her time and time again.
