About Us

In 1996, Patrick Barry, AIA founded his Architectural Firm specializing in the design of high-end residential homes, community clubhouses, and amenities. His company has designed over 1,000 of the finest homes in the Southeast. He also has been responsible for implementing builder/developer programs in numerous large master planned communities, as well as enacting and directing Architectural controls and guidelines. Patrick has a Bachelors degree in Architecture (BARCH.) and graduated from University of Southern California in 1991. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, NCARB certified, and a Registered Architect in the State of Georgia.

I have known and worked with Pat for many years. He is a well known and respected architect in the Atlanta area. He has met me on-site when needed and returned plans to me when scheduled. He shares great ideas and knowledge of current trends and details of high end homes which I build. He is the first architect that I call when I need plans or revisions
