My wife and I needed a full-on custom set of house plans since the style of homes in our area aren't to our taste. After searching for some time Steve was one of the few affordable options. We decided to give him a shot. On arrival at our first meeting, we were skeptical because he works out of an office in his home but after seeing some of the plans Steve had designed for other customers we wanted to move forward. Steve far exceeded our expectations. He took excellent directions, designed with a smart efficient style, allowed us to make changes on the fly, provided multiple looks with multiple finishes to help us visualize the build, provided a 3D walkthrough, and even spoke with some of our contractors to ensure the build would go smoothly. All this at an extremely fair price. In a world where everyone is charging a premium for mediocracy, Steve is still of the old school mentality providing the highest quality of service and professionalism at an affordable fair price. We highly recommend.
