Regent Penn is focused on renovating distressed single-family and multi-family homes in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Our vision plays into two arenas: First, working to update the housing stock in regards to energy efficiency, indoor home conditions and environmental footprint. Secondly, we aim to provide affordable financing opportunities for buyers to purchase homes that need some DIY help.
