Southwest Design Studio, Inc. provides Design and Construction Document Services to buyers, builders, and architects throughout the Southwestern United States. Our staff is located in California, Texas and Singapore and we specialize in Single-Family and Multi-Family homes ranging from small efficient entry level homes to large high-end custom homes. Our team collaborates online using Revit, BIM 360 and AutoCAD for construction documents, and Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape, and Twinmotion for renderings. The homes designed by Southwest Design Studio reflect our enduring commitment to sound design and seamless execution. We bring attention to every facet of the project. Every area of the exterior and interior of the design is addressed. Design is deliberate, detailed with conscious execution, and nothing is left to chance.
