Hiring Suzan to take on our cottage renovation was one of the best decisions we made. Suzan worked on our home from start to finish. She presented us with our blueprints, designed our kitchen layouts/ bedrooms / bathrooms / exterior of home/ interior finishes as well as the staging of our home. She was available around the clock through our renovation process. She was also prompt in returning text messages and phone calls and worked with our deadlines without any issue. This renovation was no easy task and we dealt with many challenges along the way. Suzan made this process more bearable and her expertise really made me feel more confident with the decisions we were making. I always felt heard when she was presenting her ideas and was open to our feedback. I always felt she guided us in the right direction. She was very professional throughout this project and very passionate about the work she does. We felt that she was always looking out for our best interest. She met with our trades people and our contractors when I needed her to and made me feel more at ease knowing that she was there with me to make any decisions that I wasn’t confident making on my own. We absolutely recommend suzan for any project you have in mind as she will truly treat it as if it’s her own home.
