Team 2 Architecture + Design is a practice established in the pursuit for excellence in design. The core principles that guide the practice are that architecture is a social art catering to the material and spiritual needs of people and is a reflection of the times. We believe in the unique nature of each project, regardless of the size; be it an addition of a space to an existing house or an entire new development. Design is in the details and we passionately strive towards achieving a comprehensive response to all the projects we undertake. The scope of the practice ranges from kitchen and bath designs to planning and design of custom single family and multiple unit dwellings in the residential arena. We also specialize in the design of commercial interiors and tenant improvements. Team 2 Architecture + Design provides services through all phases of a project from feasibility studies through conceptual design, construction documentation and construction administration. Cost management is of great importance, with every effort made to build within the client's respective budget. A wide range of supporting skills is the backbone of the practice that includes CAD drawings, 3D visualization/ renderings and model making.
