From historic restorations to completely new, design-build projects, Warren and his team provide innovative, period correct architecture and design. We have engaged Warren and his team for all of our renovation and design projects over the past 12 years and will continue to do so for all of our future projects. He (and just as importantly, his team) have been creative, thoughtful, attentive and just a joy to work with. He anticipated what we wanted, refined our ideas and made them happen not just on paper but also when the contractors were breaking ground and there was no going back! Warren and various members of his team were always checking up on what was happening with our projects and the contractors, which in retrospect was critical to getting the job done properly and the way we wanted it. I cannot recommend Warren and team highly enough on all aspects of our projects, from brainstorming, providing options, bid proposals and supervising work on site. We don't even have suggestions for improvement and we have used WCA for such projects as: redesigning our front porch, walkway, vestibule; adding on a back porch and sun room; adding French doors to our dining room; finishing our basement and a number of other smaller projects. He and his team are terrific.

We hired Warren to do our master bath and a couple other projects, and highly recommend him. He's creative, resourceful, and an eminently reasonable biller. Great with monitoring and follow-up, too. We have kept his drawing of a grotto rendered on verso of a pie box for eventual donation to the archives.

I just built the new home of my dreams, and I am a very happy client. The house design developed into exactly what I wanted and included so much more. Warren was great to work with and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience in both the architecture and construction. We hired Warren Claytor Architects, Inc. to renovate our (5000 sq. ft.) historic home in Willistown. He did an absolutely amazing job in every, single way- from the design to the finishing details! Warren was patient, consultative, incorporated our ideas and made them better, solved every problem, and had very thoughtful and creative solutions for enhancing the comfort / livability of our home, while at the same time respecting its original design aesthetic. We hired WCA to design our new horse barn. Warren and his team did a fantastic job of carefully incorporating the traditional design details that give it the feeling of a century old structure. We couldn't be happier.

We used Warren Claytor Architects for a complete renovation of our Master Bath and couldn't be happier. There were some difficult design details to work through given the age of our house and Warren came up with cost effective and beautiful solutions that we are very pleased with.

We hired Warren Claytor Architects to renovate our kitchen and create a bathroom and laundry room in our 1930s Tudor Revival home. This was an involved project that required interior and exterior work and required a lot of vision because these spaces had previously undergone renovations not at all architecturally appropriate to the home. Warren Claytor was masterful in his creative vision, suggestions and ideas and ensuring that this resulted in spaces that now appear to have always architecturally been in the home, whilst simultaneously providing the ease of use required for modern day living. In addition, he was tremendous in helping us realize needs and finishing touches we would not have known to consider. Warren possesses a unique talent in his keen attention to not only the big picture but also to the nuances of subtle detail, which is a skill difficult to find. Warren designed an addition on a 18th century farmhouse for me. His design was perfect, blending the traditional elements of the period with a modern day floor plan and amenities. He has an amazing eye for detail and understanding how a house needs to work. My favorite part of woking with him was he listened to my wants and needs. He was very professional and a joy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again.
