I live on Lake Osborne DR. I brought my house in 1993 because of the great view of the lake
and the campground. I wanted to enjoy the view regardless of bugs, sun, ect. I started thinking of putting a porch on the front of my house but was not sure what I wanted. A friend recommended that I talk to Wayne Scott who is a designer and also lives on Lake Osborne Dr.
Wayne and I talked about several great ideas, Wayne would sketch the ones that I liked,I picked the one I liked the best. Everything worked out perfect, Wayne did a excellent professional job.
Wayne also designed a porch for my Brother Dan who lives two houses south of me. Dan and I both are very satisfied with Wayne Scott's talent, professionalism and ability to meet all project time lines.
