New Leaf is a husband and wife team who buy, design, renovate, and sell homes. Husband is a craftsman and contractor, wife is an interior designer and realtor. Our philosophy is that homes built in days past were well built by craftsman who took pride in their work and do not deserve to end up in a dumpster. We help older, sometimes abused homes turn over a new leaf and welcome in a new family who will love them for years to come.
