Preti Studio

Preti Studio is specialized in custom design hand-carved architectural elements, ornamentations and sculptures. The owner Jean-Luc Preti is a sculptor and a Master stone carver. He began as a stone carver’s apprentice in France, where he was born and raised. Throughout his 34 years of work experience he learned to combine ancient techniques with modern technology, resulting in a unique style of artistic expression. His work is now seen in several churches, cathedrals, castles, and abbeys in France, Italy and Germany, among which are the Loire Valley Castles, the Cologne Cathedral, and the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud. Jean-Luc works primarily with American and European limestone and marble. He has enjoyed working on various high-end residential projects since establishing his studio in Sand City, California.
