As a Management Specialist I personally oversee my Client's project, acting as liaison between all individuals involved to achieve the Owner's desired vision. I am able to provide clear and concise directions to all contractors, architects, designers and vendors involved to avoid costly errors in judgment, decision-making and applications. I am able to answer all questions and make any decisions confidently on my Client's behalf. This experience and my expertise allow me to keep the project running smoothly and error free. As the Client's Representative I take on the demanding role of their project and eliminate stressful situations.
