We work one on one with our clients to build a team, listening and combining their wishes and ideas with our own to develop their ideal plans. Dave was very professional and polite from the moment we met him. Our builder uses him to design his homes...couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! We initially met in person at a convenient location, most of our correspondence was by email or phone. But he will communicate with however you’re most comfortable. Dave took an existing home plan that we liked the layout of and made it into our dream home! Can’t wait to move in!

We used Dave of Birdseye Design to draw up the plans for our room addition that we needed for daycare and home living space. Dave came over and measured everything out we gave him our design vision and he was quick about getting the plans drawn up. We had a few changes to make after the initial plans because of city codes and Dave and was great about it. If we ever need more designs drawn up for any other projects I would definitely call Dave first.
