Phil Cuthbertson Building Design Solutions offers client a wealth of building design, drafting and project management experience for project ranging including domestic, commercial, health, community and industrial projects. Phil is registered with the Department of Justice as a building designer and construction manager. He has qualifications in building design, construction management, project management, building surveying and preparing bushfire hazard management plans and also has experience in contract management, facility management and asset management. Phil is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers and the Facility Management Association of Australia. As a Tasfire accredited bushfire assessor Phil can provide BAL Reports and Bushfire Hazard Management Plans as required by councils. With over 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Phil can assist you through your entire building project from design and documentation to council approval to project management.
