Most recently FlaCom provided my with an update 5th Edition version of the FBC-Energy Conservation Code form 402-2104 for a project for which they had previously done the code calculations under to 2010 FBC, but which the contractor failed to apply for permit prior to the new code coming into effect on July 1.
