Let me say if I could not leave any stars I would. We hired Grant to draw plans for a large 30x20 shed on our property. He did not listen to our needs or wants. He came in 5 week increments to meet with us about what we wanted. The presentation he made at our third meeting was literally four walls with a window and door. He added walls and windows at our 45 minute meeting (which most of it was spent showing me other projects he was working on.) He was late to every meeting we had. When we asked for a bill for the services provided he inquired why we did not want to continue with the project. We were honest with him explaining our displeasure with his services and drawing. His response was childish and very unprofessional. I would not recommend Grant as your architect.
