Janet Mallin - Residential Drafting & Design/Sales

Janet is very easy to work with and really knows the whole construction process. I would recommend her and Souris River design.

Janet was a very hands on and helpful project manager/general contractor for our bathroom remodel. She was here everyday twice a day, keeping the sub-contractors on schedule, making sure everything was in proper order, and just making sure the whole process was running smoothly. The finished product speaks for itself, they look great! I would recommend her to other businesses.

Remodeled one bath and one half bath. Removed bathtub and replaced with just a shower. Replaced vanity and added tile to walls and floors. Moved one toilet. Replaced 6 hallway doors. Was told the project would be 4-6 weeks, but it was 5 months before we could move back into bathrooms. Subcontractors were not experienced. Janet Mallin didn't have the experience that I expected, but did a fairly decent job. Meeting deadlines and budgets were never talked about during the project.
