Matthew A. Russell & Associates is a full service residential design studio specializing in personalized custom home designs. We recognize the need for architectural significance in and around our communities and we strive to meet this need by designing homes that incorporate timeless historical stylistic detailing. Our mission is to create a unique design that will inspire the home owner each day they leave, and return to that special space called Home. At Matthew A. Russell & Associates we help our clients to understand the difference between trendy home designs that will look dated in ten years versus a home design that will always have noticeable significant architectural appeal for generations to come. We offer our clients the opportunity to live in one of our designs that is as architecturally significant today as it was centuries ago, and as significant now as it will be in the future. We truly enjoy creating a specific home design, for a specific family, on a specific site. Classical design elements properly scaled and fit into a custom home design will typically always sell for more than one that does not. Although location is always a factor when it comes to the building, buying, or selling of your home, if it is not designed with intent it can possibly lose value over time. Our clients do not have have to spend more to build an architecturally significant home, but it will look like they did.
