RARA Designz

Over the past two months, my husband and I have engaged in a collaborative partnership with Ashish of RARADesignz, resulting in an exceptionally positive experience. When choosing an architect for our project, we requested a meeting with Ashish, and by the conclusion of that meeting, we were confident that he would be an excellent fit. Ashish demonstrated a keen attentiveness to our requirements and provided valuable insights to enhance our project. He has consistently showcased a high level of responsiveness, promptly attending to our inquiries and requests. From the project's initiation, Ashish offered a transparent overview of his process and exhibited flexibility in accommodating our schedule. By presenting a variety of options and offering valuable suggestions, he played a pivotal role in shaping the desired outcome of our project. With the successful delivery of phase 1 drawings, we eagerly anticipate a continued collaboration for the completion of the subsequent two project phases.

RARADesignz did the designs for our 3-season covered porch and we would highly recommend Ashish and the design firm. Ashish is attentive to customer needs, is creative and most of all, prompt and responsive, something that is not common in this field of building and construction. I worked with RARA DesignZ to come up with ideas for my kitchen remodel project. This was the first such project for my wife and I. Ashish took the time to understand our needs and goals for the remodel. He came up with a couple of thoughtful design options to open the kitchen up a bit more and insights into the build process and how to avoid common mistakes. That gave us a lot of confidence in completing the project on our own. Overall, we were happy with the final look of our kitchen, and we are happy to have engaged the services of RARA DesignZ. I hired RARA DesignZ to draw designs for a porch for my house. He has been incredibly easy to work with, but more importantly he has been a collaborator throughout the process. Unexpected things will always happen, even to the best planned project. Ashish Agrawal at RARA has been with me through each of these hiccups, and has helped me not to sink into a slough of despair over each setback. I have recommended RARA to others, and will use Ashish again if the opportunity arises.

I am very happy to submit this review on RARA Designz. Ashish has wonderful creative designing skills. We worked with multiple companies over many months on our kitchen remodel design. We could not come up with a design that we liked. We spoke to Ashish about our challenges in coming up with a design that met our unique needs. It was a large space. Ashish listened what we wanted in our future kitchen, came several times and gave us ideas and rough drawings. This helped us come up with a design. We used that knowledge and understanding to go to a local building company. He was also very easy to talk to, and very responsive. Overall, Ashish is excellent.

I engaged Ashish of “RARA Designz” as designer for home improvement for small area extension in one corner to build prayer/Pooja room. Prior to his site visit, I had a plan in my mind to extend the area in both levels, ground and upper floors. His guidance and recommendation in the very first interaction, using the cost versus usable benefit approach, helped me to decide to go with only ground level improvement. This simple decision had a huge positive impact on right scoping of the project. During the course of detailing of drawings, his providing the drawings as options analysis helped me make choices for specific situations. He provided service in a timely manner, setting the expectations upfront. He provided statement of work, and transparent pricing based on expected hours of work. Overall, I am happy and satisfied to have contracted “RARA Designz” for home improvement design service.
