My goal is to provide each client with personalized unparalleled residential designs and construction documents. I’m working on your project myself; I don’t hire a sub-contractor or a draftsman to assist me with any project. I believe this way each client can rest assured that their project will have no problems. I also work with each home owner and allow them to drive their design by providing them with many alternative designs and solutions. Most people who do what I do come with one design and that is the design you get, yet there can literally be hundreds of different solutions and designs to any home addition. I specialize in creative design, green home designs, incorporating solar and energy saving solutions. Having worked with custom and tract homes for over 31 years, I have the experience to provide services like no other. I also have been interested in residential design from childhood. By the time I started my career, I was well above any colleague I encountered.
