Residential and Commercial Design and Drafting Services. My name is Steve Thomas. I have been working in the building industry for over 18 years. I have been designing and drafting buildings and projects for the last 15+ years. I have been fortunate to work with many great builders and homeowners through the years, some of which have won multiple awards on the Parade of Homes through the Grand Traverse HBA. I design new homes, multi unit buildings, remodels, additions, garages, sheds, decks, and commercial projects in Northern Michigan. Nothing is too small or too big. If it needs a blueprint we can help. For Larger projects I have a local engineer, Pat Machin that I work with. Together he and I have done various commercial projects. I would like to show you in the following pages, some projects I have done, some ideas for homes, and other projects you may be thinking of. I will also list services available and contact information. In the near future I will be adding a listing of builders I have and continue to work with.
