We've been working with Waris Architecture on plans for a remodel of a 1905 Tudor, which eventually became a plan for an entirely new house (by choice). I have never experienced being part of such an amazing team before and it made the entire process fun and interesting and magical. Being an interior designer myself, I bring a lot of opinions to the table, and they listened to ALL of them. They were thoughtful and honest throughout and always made my ideas better. I particularly appreciate that their office gets together to do office-wide critiques of ongoing projects; which means that you have even more creative minds working to develop and strengthen the project. They are incredibly flexible and are able to come up with options to value engineer in order to meet a budget. I would 100% recommend them.
