Dishonest advertising and horrible customer service! The sales rep at Barrons Lumber sold us a product using invalid samples. She literally mailed us samples that were no longer representative of the actual cabinets. We complained after receiving the cabinets, so the rep sent a technician about 2 months later to re-stain them. Unfortunately, the technician decided that he was unable to successfully re-stain the cabinets, so we contacted the sales rep again to request a partial refund. The sales rep connected us to a manager. While on the phone, the manager chided us for his technician's incompetency, and suggested that he could have personally re-stained the cabinets for us. This was absurd, as it was his sales rep who'd contracted and sent the technician to us! We have continued to request a refund, and the manager has yet to respond. For context, we ordered the cabinets in July 2021, they were delivered (in part) in Dec 2021, and currently in mid/late Mar 2022 we are still awaiting for the issue to be resolved. Total nightmare.
