Realwood Flooring LLC

I purchased 200 sq. ft. #2 white oak flooring. Realwood Flooring LLC, also known as Colonial Hardwood Flooring sent a lesser grade wood. It was # 3 or less. Owner Ted J. Holmes stod to make a lot more more by sending cheaper grade of wood. I complained and he finally admitted he sent a lesser grade and picked it up. He did not replace with # 2 grade I ordered. He did not refund me. He now has money I spent for wood and I have nothing. It has been 7 months and no refund. I can not locate Mr. Holmes. Beware of lesser value than advertised or paid for. He needs to refund my money.
