I just had the worst experience with CFM Commercial floors. The owner Rob'' is absolutely unprofessional. After agreeing on project cost, i sent check payment for the project but wasn't told there will be a long waiting period to clear check with his bank. I have been kept on hold for almost a week now waiting on Mr Rob to contact the appropriate persons for the keys to the house because i am out of town but he has refused to do so, thereby delaying the project. If you're looking to get your project completed within a time frame, CFM is the wrong place to go to.
