Jim took our 5k for a deck and never finished the work. He claimed he needed surgery but still kept our money. When the surgery was over he still said he would not do the work. We are out 5k.

Comment from CR Construction LLC:

I did have triple by-pass surgery, these people continue to lie about what is owed they lied in court about the amount and received a judgement in that amount. They have refused settlement offers from us more than once. I was unable to work for an extended period of time with no income. This was an unfortunate situation leaving us with no recourse other than letting the courts make a settlement. There negative comments have had a significant impact on our business. This is only 1 incident of an unhappy customer I have had many,many happy & satisfied customers in my 40 years in the remodeling business.

Jim has done some trim work as well as some very unique stuff with reclaimed wood in our house. He is very meticulous, has extremely competitive pricing and is very pleasant to work with. We look forward to have him continue to provide upgrades for our home.
