Installed their 42" wall-hung vanity, the doors and drawers would not close without hitting each other. I made the maximum adjustments possible to the hinges and glides, that got the door to close, but it is still scraping against the drawers and the edges are terribly out of alignment. I contacted Cutler and explained the problem. They sent me a youtube video on how to adjust the hinges and drawer glides. Not very helpful. I reached out again but never received a response. consider this fair warning if you're considering their products.

Recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I have been trying to order /complete my kitchen with them since beginning of February and it is still not complete. At all levels of this company, the service has been unlike anything I have ever experienced with any company/any industry. At the same time, We have completely gutted/ renovated our entire home and the kitchen cabinets have been the only issue. 1. We pay for the “kitchen designer”, provide measurements and agree to products based on the advice of the kitchen designer. What we end up with is products that we paid for an can’t use. For 9 weeks we have been trying to get them to place an order for the material we need in order to use our molding and they never ordered light valances. 2. They confirmed they could build a cabinet for a apron front sink, we took the sink to them as they requested to ensure the measurements were correct… long story short, the cabinet was built too small so we had to have our countertop company retro fit the cabinet to try to fit the sink. Shocking because how do you build an incorrect cabinet size when you have the sink on site for 11 weeks? They offered a refund for that cabinet but I’m sure most people would just prefer the correct size. Now we have to worry about the sink never being fully supported which could cause the cabinet and countertop to fracture. 3. They then send us over to a resolution department where we come to a resolution pretty easily. The woman working at cutler tells us she’s processing the refund and additional molding order “this week” for 7 weeks! 7 weeks! I can’t even tell you how many times I followed up … and when she would finally respond in intervals of 1 or 2 weeks.. she would say I’m processing it “this week”… again “this week” turned into 7 weeks Lastly, I understand in general there have been material delays with covid. Our 4-6 week timeline turned into 11 weeks. But now since it took 7 weeks to even place the order for missing material the 4-6 week timeline is now 25 weeks! Where a third of that time is just waiting on people at cutler to fulfill what they say they are going to do.

Bad after purchase service, unreliable delivery dates, little to no feedback on status of cabinets... Avoid if possible, but if you need cabinets use cutler as the final, last resort... And when you do, consider getting a carboard box as a cabinet, some sheets of polystyrene foam boards as a counter top, and duct tape. Tape them together as a make shift cabinets, you'll likely be using that for a long time before receiving a delivery of any actual cabinets.

I decided to renovate my bathroom this year and used Cutler products for my renovation. Overall the experience was great, the quality of the vanity is exceptional for the price. You can truly tell they are made in Canada. The staff was helpful and assisted me in choose the best color to match my current color scheme.

Order our products which looks terrific in our bathroom. Shipment was quick and assembly was easy. I would recommend Cutler to anyone who is looking for a great product in a vanity.

Great looking cabinets, friends and family really love the colour, very durably built and the price was excellent within my budget. My sister is planning on getting her cabinets here for her spring Reno, but she will be looking into the vanities.

We purchased a bathroom vanity from Lowes last year and only opened it from packaging recently for our installers to put it in. Unfortunately a couple doors on the vanity had a scratch and were bent and Lowe’s (where we purchased from) wasn’t able to do anything for us but they told us to contact the Cutler Group. We explained our unique situation to Sukhi who was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. She arranged for 2 new doors for us at no charge and we were able to pick them up. Aside from having a great experience dealing with Sukhi, we had a sneak peek at the manufacturing/showroom side of the headquarters and it was as massive as it was pristine. The employees all seem very content to work there and everyone was very friendly, which is quite a rare thing to find nowadays. Thank you guys for your top notch service and courtesy!
