Kat and Dan Gowin started K & D Creations in their garage when about to be married, Kat realized her new husband had a talent for building custom furniture pieces and Dan realized his new wife had a talent for finishing furniture to perfection. They then built all of the tables for their own wedding, of course.
Together the husband and wife team work in a fully equipped furniture shop where they design and build solid wood cabinets, and handcraft custom furniture.
When not building furniture (all the time), Kat and Dan enjoy time near the water and spending time with their three wonderful childern, August, Sarah and Trevor and their spoiled Pomerian, Lexi.
