Lowe's

Every time I have gone to Lowe's, whether for building materials, concrete supplies, tile, tools, or what have you; I have always been helped individually by associates there who were both knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy my needs. All this allowed me to get the remodel of my 51 year-old shower done in time for my daughter and her four kids to come for a lengthy stay this summer. Also - on two different occasions I was on my way to the Lowe's store, waiting to drive out of my subdivision side-street, onto the highway that would take me there - when a Lowe's delivery truck stopped short of the nearby major intersection and street light to let me into the flow of traffic. I was so impressed that the second time it happened I phoned the Lowe's store and surprised the customer service person there by giving him some good news instead of a complaint. I think it made the day for both of us. Thanks! p.s. I have photos - just not on this computer.

Very knowledgeable about the questions we had as well as insightful with other new ideas we hadn't thought of! Not pushy but just helping us to come up with our ideal solution.
