I would give them zero stars if that was an option, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, I got a proposal from them, asked at least 10 times if they were licensed and use to working in a Manhattan building was assured that they were. I went over the proposal, and negotiated with them. I physically emailed the, the proposal they sent to me highlighted the changes and said this is where I need you to be. They agreed, signed took a deposit. I told them I needed to move in asap. Once I gave them the list of licenses and insurance needed they called to tell me they needed to raise the price for the exact same work we already agreed upon and when I wouldn't pay them more money they bailed on the project. They are not trust worthy they will give you a price to get the job and then call and try to strong arm you into paying more and if you don't they walk away
