Nuconcept Countertop & Kitchen Centre

We had our kitchen renovated without changing the existing layout with Nuconcept. The salesman was easy to talk to, professional and patient since my husband and I had different styles in mind. He showed us different materials and options to make sure we are happy with the budget and quality. From design to signing paperwork to scheduling renovation, it was pretty smooth ride with little bit of bumps. Since they had lifetime warranty of what they did, we felt very assured. However, we found a scratch on our new cabinet after the countertop installation, and a stain smudge on our new custom stained cabinet door. We contacted the salesperson, and he responded with neglect, saying that my husband and I must have done it ourselves! After calmly explaining in details, he finally said he will send someone to patch the scratch with paint crayons (not sure what the proper term, bit better than the ones you find in Home Depot). And as for the smudge on the door, he wouldn't tell us a solution until we bring it back to the store. (We live in Langley and they are in Coquitlam BC). Their hours are the same as our working hours. Needless to say it was very frustrating and they wouldn't give us another option. We were not happy after such event had happened.
