When I decided to remodel my kitchen, I had a concept, an idea, of what I wanted it to look like but it was the professionals at OC by Design that translated my idea into a functional kitchen. Although there are many examples of their attention to detail and customer support, my favorite was the identification of the type of wood for my cabinets. I had a firm idea of what I wanted. When I told Sheila she put it in the model and at the same time helped me see that my choice had some design implications that I had not even considered. Never pushing me in any direction, she explained the options available so that I could make an informed decision. In the end, I was at a restaurant and saw a paneled wall and thought “that’s it, that’s what I want.” I literally took a picture of it and sent the picture to Sheila asking if she could come up with anything like it. She did, how, I have no clue, but she found that exact look, exactly what I wanted. When it came time to purchase appliances, I was impressed at their level of commitment to customer satisfaction. Ann did all the leg work and pointed me in the direction of a supplier where I got the best deal available on the appliances I wanted. I will say that I had done my own research, and the deal was exactly that… the best available. Whenever anyone enters into a remodel project that will represent a significant investment and result in something that will be a part of their lives for many years, how great to find an organization like OC by Design to help make it happen.

We worked with OC By Design when we renovated our kitchen and three bathrooms by purchasing our cabinets, cabinet hardware, quartz countertops, tile for the floor and bathrooms, kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets, and our range hood, microwave drawer and beverage refrigerator. Because of OC By Design's vendor discount agreements, we were able to save a sizable amount -- much more than anywhere else that we could find in OC -- by purchasing high-quality products made by Kohler, Grohe, Omega Cabinetry, Zephyr, Eleganza Tile, Marazzi Tile and Arizona Tile. We also worked with their fantastic kitchen designer Sheila, who patiently worked with us through several design meetings. We recently did a major remodel and RV garage addition. We purchased granite countertops, kitchen cabinets, flooring, garage doors, closet doors, knobs, plumbing fixtures, appliances, door handsets, and paint. The purchases were made through OC by Design or through their recommended partner vendors. Their relationship with their vendor partners meant we were treated like VIPs and given great pricing that couldn't be matched. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was a pleasure to work with because of their product knowledge, timeliness and patience, particularly when our project had a hiccup. Sheila, the "amazing", designed our kitchen and linen cabinets, Dave advised us with our tile floors, garage doors and tile backsplash, and Ann helped us with recommendations, placing and follow-up on orders and with vendors. They work so well together as a team and with their customers, that they made the difference in our project being exciting versus a nightmare. Our project took twice as long as we had anticipated because of unforeseen structural and grading issues, but Ann and her team remained a source of encouragement even when we had to delay orders because our contractor wasn't ready.
