Pro Cabinet Supply, Inc. was established in May of 2011. It was originally formed to service the customers that no one else wanted.
The current distributors at the time were mostly concerned with large shops doing large volume. We wanted to cater to everyone else. We opened our doors to Tradesmen, Contractors, Handymen, and even "weekend warriors". Anyone wanting exemplary service found their way to us.
We believe in offering the highest level of customer service to you, our clients. We make every attempt to avoid telling you "No". We will always try to give you options.

We are familiar with your order and wanted to address your accusations here. When you first emailed us stating the product was sent incorrectly, we reviewed your order immediately and discovered you ordered the pints, not the quarts. The pricing you paid was for that size so there was no discrepancy in what was received and paid for. When selecting from a dropdown, it is very easy to select the wrong item and add to cart. However, there are at least 2 screens you are able to review before putting in your credentials for payment that allow you to edit, remove, or change what you are trying to purchase (in this case, seeing you selected pints on accident).
You also had an issue with the items sent as the "label color" changed from green to blue. The material inside of the can was the same product but with a different color and style on the outside. The formula did not change. You then said we somehow made "fraudulent charges" on your credit card. Sir, our checkout is secured via Shopify's payment portal which currently is servicing hundreds of thousands if not millions of businesses worldwide. It has 100% PCI compliance and we at no point have access to your billing information.
We realized at this point you wanted to be upset and we understand. We wanted to help any way we could but we were not able to assist in these matters. We hope you understand now with these explanations and wish you luck in finding products in the future.
