RCS did a complete bathroom tear-out and remodel for us. The overall footprint of the room stayed the same but everything was replaced down to insulation in the exterior wall. We had confidence every step of the way in our contractor's knowledge, experience, and concern for our happiness with the finished product. He explained his recommendations and processes thoroughly and was pleasant to work with, as were all his subcontractors. We had confidence in them since they typically had a long working partnership with RCS, characterized by mutual respect. Progress on our project moved along rapidly; there was only one delay when a faucet got held up in shipping. We are thrilled with the results.

We remodeled our master bedroom, bathroom and master closet. I did a big portion of the project myself and Residential Construction Specialists was there to guide me through the whole process and offer labor in areas I didn't feel as comfortable doing myself. It made the whole experience far easier and it turned out great!
