I Installed 5 Siteline Kitchens in the last 2 years, below are what I like about the cabinets, 1) paint job and finish detail -5-star 2) lead time - 5-star 3) cabinet construction -5-star ( I always pay a little more for the 3/4" plywood construction boxes. 4) cabinet size spec - 5-star 5) customer service - 5-star

We just finished our basement in our house and chose Siteline Cabinetry to go down in our basement bar. We also have them in our kitchen upstairs as well as our bathroom. I just love the quality of the cabinets! In a few years when we build a new home, I am happy to know I can choose this brand of cabinet and be happy with the quality and cost!

Wish there was a zero rating. After our cabinets arrived with several errors, we tried to contact Siteline directly. Carla, the Chicago rep/manager informed us “You are lucky, I do not deal with homeowners”. $26,000 deserves at least a human touch. There were 4 errors on our order in total. One error was already installed & we had to wait 8 weeks and pay to have it uninstalled and then again pay to have it reinstalled. They refuseD to fix the errors in the pantry. I’ll have to live with them.

I have been designing with and purchasing Siteline Cabinetry for many years now. With each order I am impressed by their quality and ease of order placement. If I ever have any questions customer service is right there to help. As a busy designer, I appreciate that Siteline is an affordable line that has all of the offerings I could need for my clients. Over the years my clients have continuously been please with their new Siteline kitchens and bathrooms.

As a designer, finding a product line that balances quality, look and price can be difficult. Siteline has managed to meet all my expectations for my clients. They have a current selection of painted finishes, wood stains to meet every aesthetic and the perfect amount of door styles. Ample accessory options allow clients to customize their project to meet storage needs.

My wife and I did a kitchen remodel and our contractor recommended Siteline - he had used them on previous projects and liked working with Siteline - and we couldn't be happier - it came out AMAZING! My wife and I loved the choices they had in door styles and colors - we ended up going with their Swanson door style in Aspen white paint and we couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend Siteline to anyone looking for a good solid cabinet that doesn't break the bank.

I purchased Siteline kitchen cabinets. I ordered cabinets with a shaker door in a standard white paint. I was told that the door was constructed of Maple and MDF. When I received the cabinets it was clear that they were made entirely of MDF. I assumed there had been a mistake and that Siteline would take care of the problem. How wrong I was! Siteline said there was no mistake I had received what I ordered. I double check the order, the order from the factory said: Door: Maple/MDF When I asked the factory how Maple/MDF could mean all MDF cabinets they said "that is our spec." They refused to do anything at all. They told me (in writing ) that I was going to get maple cabinets and they sent me MDF cabinets. Do not trust this company.
