TAFT DESIGN WORKS Inc. is a full service woodworking shop specializing in custom cabinetry & millwork. Our shop is located a few miles south of the ski resort Sun Valley in Bellevue, Idaho. We are able to take on just about any woodworking or cabinetry project starting from conception to completion. We can provide CAD design and drafting services producing fully detailed shop drawings and renderings of any project. We build custom cabinetry for high-end residential and commercial projects. In addition to high-end projects, we can design and build cabinetry to fit any budget. By using different materials, hardware, and construction techniques we can produce a woodworking project that will fit your budget. With state of the art woodworking equipment, we are able to produce custom cabinetry with great efficiency and accuracy at affordable prices. We use our CAD and design programs to draft cabinetry and woodworking projects, which are then processed on our CNC machine. This is a machine that is computer controlled and produces woodworking parts extremely accurately and efficiently reducing labor expenses. With the CNC machine we have also been doing some artistic CNC engraving, which can add a unique one of a kind touch to any project. The types of projects we do are endless. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, entertainment centers, bookcases, and office cabinetry. We also build organizational cabinetry for garage storage or closets. Another type of work that we are producing is custom furniture. We can design and build a custom piece that will suit your individual taste and size requirements. We can design, build and ship to anywhere. In addition to custom cabinetry that we build in house, we also sell and install two semi custom prefab cabinetry lines. The manufacturers are Cabinetry by Karman and Canyon Creek. Both of these lines are excellent quality cabinetry that offer many different styles. The cabinets are available in stain grade and paint grade. The finishing process is completed at their factory. The cabinets come competed and ready for installation.
