That's a Nice Closet, Inc.

Worked under the name B & V Designs when I paid Brian to do my master closet and gave a down payment for a built in in my bathroom as well. I am giving him 2 stars because my closet looks very nice. I was very happy with it. Unfortunately I also paid an additional $2,000 for a ladder to the upper shelves that does not fit and it is sitting in my garage. We also gave him an additional $1,200+ for supplies for my bathroom before he disappeared on us. Very disappointing.

This vendor did not return calls, messages, or acknowledge outstanding deliverables. He simply never returned to finish the job. The job was paid for in advance and was partially completed. This was a multi unit new construction development for which individual owners hired Brain to upgrade or alike existing closet systems his company originally installed via the site developer. In several instances we [neighbors] shared our experiences about Brian and connected the dots that he dropped the ball on multiple projects. Buyer beware before you contract this supplier. Don't pay until the job is done even if they demand payment upfront. To this date several pre-paid items were never delivered.

Brian and his son Noah did an excellent job designing and installing our new master bedroom closet and laundry room cabinets.They were prompt and professional. Love the work they did! Highly recommend them!
